SO IT, IT REALLY ALLOWS FOR A MAJOR COMPANY OR LIKE A BIG, I WANNA SAY IT MAY BE HEAVY INDUSTRIAL.

IF IT IS HEAVY INDUSTRIAL.

SO FOR INSTANCE, A CONCRETE PLANT CAN COME BE PLACED ON THE SIDE OF A SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE.

SO WE HAVE TO ADDRESS THAT IMMEDIATELY AND, UM, IT HAS TO BE INITIATED BY THE COMMISSIONER.

SO WE'LL BRING, ONCE WE FIGURE OUT THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CHANGE THAT WE WANT TO MAKE, WE WILL BRING THAT TO YOU AT THE 15TH MEETING AND WE'LL DISCUSS IT THEN.
