I SEE IT EVERY DAY.

IF THIS IS, UH, YOU KNOW, YET ANOTHER BUSINESS, REGARDLESS OF WHAT IT IS, IT'S GONNA ATTRACT MORE TRAFFIC.

AND, YOU KNOW, WE HAVE, YOU KNOW, SMALL GRANDKIDS, THEY LOVE, YOU KNOW, LIKE ANYBODY WE ENJOY GOING, WALKING WITH 'EM OR LETTING 'EM RIDE THEIR BIKES AND ALL THAT.
