JUST, YOU KNOW, TO GET IT CLOSED BACK UP AGAIN.

THE OTHER WORK, UH, OH, THERE'S SOME DOWN CEILING TILES INSIDE FROM THE HURRICANES WHEN THEY HIT AND SUCH.

THERE'S SOME OTHER MINOR WORK TO DO, BUT THE MAJORS JUST CONFINED TO THAT ONE CORNER OF THE HOUSE, YOU KNOW, WHERE IT'S THAT ROOM.

THE BACK END OF THE HOUSE WAS CLOSE, AS I CAN TELL, WAS AN ADD-ON TO THAT HOUSE, UH, AT SOME TIME IN THE PAST.

I'VE BEEN FAMILIAR WITH THE HOUSE FROM THE FORMER OWNERS, UH, BACK TO 1965 AND IT'S, YOU KNOW, THAT'S THE HOUSE.

BUT THAT WAS AN ADD-ON.

YOU CAN TELL ON THE INSIDE, THERE'S STILL THE OLD WOOD IN WOOD SIDING, UH, ON THE INSIDE WALL, ON THE WALL ON THAT BACK PART OF THE HOUSE GOING ALL THE WAY ACROSS.

UH, I SAY I'VE LOOKED AT IT AND, AND DETERMINED THAT, UH, EASE OF, UH, REPAIR AND COST WOULD BE SIMPLY TO REMOVE THAT ROOM FROM THE HOUSE BECAUSE IT IS NOT PART OF THE MAIN STRUCTURE.

AND THEN REDO THE ROOF IN THAT AREA.

PROBABLY MAKE A LITTLE PORCH OUT A PART OF IT, BUT IT CAN BE FIXED.
