UH, THERE'S 3.9 MILLION IN PROPERTY TAX COLLECTIONS, WHICH IS ON TARGET WITH A BUDGETED LEVEL, ALTHOUGH THE MAJORITY OF TAXES COME IN IN JANUARY AND FEBRUARY. UM, 28.8 MILLION WAS RECEIVED IN INDUSTRIAL PAYMENTS, AND THIS IS SUBSTANTIALLY ALL THE PAYMENTS FOR THE YEAR. UM, THERE IS A TWO MONTH TIME LAG IN RECEIPTS. DECEMBER RECEIPTS REPRESENT OCTOBER SALES. UH, AND IF YOU LOOK AT OTHER REVENUES, UH, YOU CAN SEE THAT THEY'RE ABOVE THE ESTIMATED LEVEL BY ABOUT 1.5 MILLION. AND THIS IS PRIMARILY DUE TO INTEREST EARNINGS, WHICH ARE SIGNIFICANTLY ABOVE, UM, WHERE WE EXPECTED THEM TO BE WHEN WE DID THE BUDGET. UM, BUDGET AMENDMENTS ARE REQUESTED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AS NEEDED. UH, THE AMENDED BUDGET HAS AN ESTIMATED ENDING FUND BALANCE OF 24.6 MILLION OR 125 DAYS OF OPERATING EXPENDITURES. UH, TOTAL REVENUES ARE 40.7 MILLION. UH, TOTAL EXPENDITURES ARE 17.9 MILLION, RESULTING IN A HEALTHY FUND BALANCE OF 57.5 MILLION AT DECEMBER 3RD, 31ST. UM, THIS, UH, IS WELL IN EXCESS OF THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT, WHICH IS 60 DAYS PLUS ONE AND A HALF MILLION, AND PRIMARILY DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE MAJORITY OF THE INDUSTRIAL PAYMENTS COME IN AT THE BEGINNING OF THE FISCAL YEAR. AND EXPENDITURES ARE SPREAD OUT THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. NEXT PAGE FOUR, WE HAVE, UH, THE WATER FUND REVENUES TOTAL 8.7 MILLION AT DECEMBER 31ST, UH, WHICH IS ABOVE THE BUDGETED LEVEL BY 71,000. UM, PLEASURE ISLAND. THERE ARE SEVERAL NEW PROJECTS THIS YEAR, 2.7 MILLION. IT'S BEEN BUDGETED. UH, PROJECTS INCLUDE A BOAT LAUNCH, PARKING LOT, DOCK REPAIRS, DISC GOLF COURSE INNOVATION, AND THE LAKEFRONT PARK PLAYSCAPE. THESE ARE PRIMARILY FUNDED BY BONDS AND A TEXAS PARKS AND WILDLIFE GRANT. UH, WE HAVE 173,000 SPENT TO DATE. AND THEN THE, UH, A R P GRANT PROJECTS, UM, MARCH OF 21. AS YOU RECALL, THE CITY WAS AWARDED 26.7 MILLION IN AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN GRANT FUNDS. UH, THE PROJECTS HAVE RECENTLY BEEN OUT REALLOCATED TO INCLUDE 13 MILLION FOR WATER WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE AND 7.1 MILLION FOR GOVERNMENT SERVICES. A TOTAL OF 4.8 MILLION HAS BEEN SPENT LEAVING A BALANCE OF 21.9 MILLION. AND MOVING ON TO PAGE 12, HUI, UH, THIS IS JUST THE RECAP OF THE 2021 CERTIFICATES OF OBLIGATION.
