AND THE ROOFING MANUFACTURER HAS ALSO MADE SITE VISITS TO ENSURE THAT THERE WILL BE NO ISSUES WITH THE NEW ROOF THAT WILL BE INSTALLED.

AND, UH, WE HAVE PREPARED DESIGN DRAWINGS ON, ON AUGMENTING SOME OF THE EXISTING MEMBERS THAT IT COULD NOT BE SEEN BE PREVIOUSLY.
UH, THOSE DRAWINGS HAVE BEEN ISSUED TO THE CITY AND ALSO THE CONTRACTOR, AND WE'RE AWAITING ON THE CHANGES FROM, FROM THAT, UH, ASPECT OF THE PROJECT.
SO THERE WOULD BE SOME MINOR STRUCTURAL REVISION THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO THE ROOF OF THE STRUCTURE.
WE ALSO HAD PLANNED ON, UH, PARTIALLY REPLACING SOME OF THE GUTTERS.
AND AFTER FURTHER INSPECTION WHEN WE GOT BACK, WHEN THEY REMOVED THE, THE FASCIA, WE SAW THAT THERE'S SOME OF THE OTHER ONES THAT ARE RUSTED.
SO THAT WOULD BE ANOTHER THING THAT WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL COST TO THE PROJECT.
SO THE ONLY THING THAT WE HAVE RUN INTO SO FAR ON THE PROJECT IS SOME OF THE ROOF MEMBERS AND ALSO, UH, MINOR PORTION OF THE, UH, UH, GUTTERS THAT NEED TO BE REPLACED.
IN ADDITION TO THE ONES THAT WERE ALREADY IN THE CONTRACT, THE, UH, UH, ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT ARE GONNA BE DELAYED FOR QUIET SOMETIMES.

UH, SOME OF THE PANELS ARE LIKE 52 WEEKS DELIVERY, WHICH IS, THEY'RE EMBARRASSED TO SAY ONE YEAR, THEY JUST TELL YOU 52 WEEKS.
HOWEVER, UH, WHAT WE HAVE DONE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CITY PURCHASING THE CITY IS, UH, IS BUYING THE GENERATOR FOR THE PROJECT.
SO WE ANTICIPATE USING THE GENERATOR IF THERE IS A DELAY WITH THE ELECTRICAL, UH, COMING INTO THE BUILDING.

ORIGINALLY, WE WERE GONNA REPLACE THE WHOLE ROOF SYSTEM AND WE CORDED THE EXISTING ROOF.
WE FOUND THAT THERE ARE SOME GOOD INSULATION ON THE ROOF AND THE WHOLE ROOF.
ONE IS THE ROOFING STRUCTURE, ONE IS THE ROOFING ITSELF.
ALL WE'RE DOING, WE'RE TAKING THE COVERING OFF BECAUSE THERE ARE A WHOLE BUNCH OF AIR CONDITIONING UNITS ON THE ROOF.
SO THE HOLES ALL OVER THE PLACE.
WE'RE TAKING THE ROOFING MEMBRANE OFF, KEEPING THE INSULATION BECAUSE WE DETERMINED THAT THE INSULATION WAS IN A GOOD SHAPE.
WE'RE GONNA KEEP IT IN PLACE AS A COST SAVING MEASURE AND PUT A WHOLE NEW 20 YEAR WARRANTY ROOF ON THE TOP OF IT.
THE ISSUE THAT WE RAN INTO WHERE THE, UH, ROOF MEMBERS THAT COULD NOT BE SEEN DUE TO THE STRUCTURE BEING THERE, AND THOSE ROOF MEMBERS ARE GONNA BE REPLACED FROM UNDERNEATH THE, THE ROOFING AND NOT ON, ON THE TOP SIDE OF IT.
AND I THINK THAT NONE OF THOSE ARE GONNA CREATE ANY, ANY ISSUE FOR US AS FAR AS THE TIME DELAYS.

THE PLUMBINGS, UH, THERE, WE DID NOT KNOW OF ANY PLUMBING ISSUES.

WE FOUND EXTENSION CORDS RUNNING INTO THE BACK OF THE BUILDING AND TIED INTO YOUR SYSTEM.

SMITH AND, AND THE REST OF THE GUYS, UH, MR. TOME WAS INVOLVED IN THAT.
