CUZ A LOT OF TIMES YOU, AS YOU ALL KNOW, YOU KNOW, WE, WE HAVE THESE PROJECTS, COMPREHENSIVE PLANS, THIS TYPE OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN, THIS TYPE OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN, AND WE PUT A LOT OF WORK INTO IT, GET A LOT OF INPUT, AND THEN IT JUST GROWS STUFF GROWS MOLD ON IT. CAUSE WE PUT IT AND IT JUST GROWS DUST ON IT. BUT THIS TYPE OF PLAN, BECAUSE WHEN THIS PLAN, IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE CONNECTED WITH MONEY, IT NEEDS TO BE CONNECTED WITH. SO, SO THAT'S WHAT YOU LOOK AT THIS PLAN, HOW CAN WE AFFORD THIS? WHEN ARE WE GOING TO AFFORD THIS? SO YOU WANT TO HAVE, YOU WANT TO HAVE WHAT THE PROJECT IS, WHAT YOUR ANTICIPATED FUNDING IS GONNA BE FOR THE PROJECT AND WHAT YOUR ANTICIPATED TIMELINE. THAT WAY IT KEEPS EVERYBODY MOVING. AND IF IT'S NOT GONNA MOVE, THEN YOU KNOW IT'S NOT GONNA MOVE AND YOU CAN STRIKE IT. SO IT'S NOT JUST A, A PLAN SITTING IN, IN PAPER BECAUSE WE'LL BE ABLE TO GO THROUGH AT OUR MEETINGS, BE ABLE TO SAY, WELL, WE'RE NOT GONNA DO THAT ANYMORE. THAT PARK THAT WE THOUGHT WE WERE GONNA HAVE OUT HERE ON, ON THE PLAZA, WE'RE NOT GONNA DO THAT.
