P.O. 6281 - An Ordinance Designating A Contiguous Geographic Area Within The City Of Port Arthur, Texas, Consisting Of Approximately 372 Acres In Size, Generally Located In The Port Arthur Downtown Area, For Tax Increment Financing Purposes Not To Exceed 25 Years Pursuant To Chapter 311 Of The Texas Tax Code; Creating A Board Of Directors For Such Zone; Establishing A Tax Increment Fund; Containing Findings A Provisions Related To The Foregoing Subject; And Providing A Severability Clause
